By definition, this is a 'white chocolate' bar, but nothing about this bar comes off as white chocolate! 

Real prairie-grown Saskatoon Berries, crispy pie crust, and a hint of salt infused into our signature craft white chocolate base; this beautiful purple bar is one delicious slice of pie.. er.. heaven!  A lot of work goes into this bar so we know you will adore it! Now, if only we could infuse ice cream on top...

Our Inspiration

We were passionate to  create a bar, featuring whole ingredients, and locally picked berries from scratch! Would this dark and decadent treat have you perplexed that it is - in fact - a 'white' chocolate? You are instantly greeted with a rich and flaky pie crust flavour, created from a real blonde roux of toasted Albertan-milled flour & cocoa butter, leaving you with a jammy berry finish at the end! This is one is a fan-maker!
